Beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath house, on a 1 acre lot. Walking distance to downtown Parkdale. There’s three bedrooms & one bathroom upstairs. Two of those bedrooms I will rent out. Home has a huge Main level with a wood burning insert. I work graveyard, M-F midnight to 8:30am, weekends off. I’m 58 years old, responsible, respectful, easy to along with. Basically, 3 people sharing a 2800 sq’ house.
The big upstairs bedroom will be $1,100 per month. Either one of the smaller bedrooms will rent out for $1,000 a month. Rent includes all utilities. I even stocked the wood shed. The house is nicely furnished. Bedrooms have nice queen beds & plenty of storage. Just got done furnishing the place & will update the photo’s by Friday 12/19.
